She listed our home on July 4th weekend, and had an appointment for viewing within 45 minutes, and showed actually showed it on the 4th of July, again way beyond expectation. Her ability to deal with a very aggravating and arrogant buyers attorney went above and beyond! If you are listing in the western Mass area, you would do yourself a disservice if you did not list with this amazing young woman!

Based on my excellent experience with Aimee as a buyer’s agent I had her list the property and it sold within the first 2 weeks from an Open House that was well attended and resulted in various interested buyers. The most important thing is that because of Aimee’s market knowledge I bought at the right price and was able to put the house back on the market and accept an offer that allowed me to basically breakeven except for my closing related expenses
